You can add the desired products to our Wishlist, and fill out the contact form so we can send the optimal budget. This Wishlist does not include delivery rates. We can also schedule an appointment in order for you to meet our establishment, see the products in our showroom, and discover our service as designers.

Yes, we know that alterations in the number of guests can happen. From personal needs to the number of items, everything can change. Because of that, we ask that such changes be made until the payment of the final value (15 business days before the event), until this date, you can add or change the items in your order depending on the availability in stock, although the items should be of similar or superior value to the renting deposit.

This is always a possibility to be considered. We ask our clients to formulate a plan B in case of rain, where the rented items are to be placed in an external area.

It will be necessary a 50% deposit in the signing of the contract and the remaining 50% is to be paid 15 business days before the event.

We accept Venmo & Zelle. We also accept the majority of the main credit cards. There is a tax for all credit and debit card transactions.

The renting limit is 24 hours.

For clients needing only some main pieces for decoration and are unable to reach the minimum value for delivery, or would rather pick the pieces up personally, we offer the service of warehouse pick up. In this type of service, the client provides the product transportation.

When the client makes the product pick up, there are some details to be aware of.

If the client is to pick big pieces up (tables, couches), you must bring 2 helpers to transport the pieces inside the vehicle. In case the client needs help loading/unloading, we can provide our warehouse team (by scheduling). The warehouse team charges US$75,00 per loading/unloading, US$150,00 in total for both times.

Pick-up trucks, dump carts, or anything without a roof are not permitted. SUVs are not permitted for removal unless the pieces are less than 2 feet. Vans, box trucks, and toll trucks are permitted.

Some of our pieces, given the characteristics (exclusivity, fragility), need to be supervised by someone in our team, for this reason, not all pieces in our stock are included in this modality. Consult us for more information.

The products can be reserved up to 18 months in advance (?), but we know that the events can happen at any moment, our team will do what they can in order to attend to your needs, given the availability of our product.

For these cases, a credit card is to be informed previously.

Our team will send an informative e-mail including pictures and the owing value. The damage can vary from a piece extremely dirty that can only be cleaned professionally (US$ 100-200), to a piece that has been permanently stained and needs to be fully restored (US$500-2.000).
